Many of our clients are from all over Australia and have busy lifestyles. 95% of the building process can be taken care of by phone or email – some of our clients leave the whole lot up to us. Others prefer to be a part of it every step of the way. With our highly organised administration team, you can have as little or as much to do with the building process as you like.

Choose Your Land

We can assist you with choosing the most suitable block of land for your needs. Alternatively, if you already own a block of land, we can help you to choose a home design that maximises its potential.

Design

Choose one of our designs, bring your design to us or have us custom-design a home that suits your needs and we will provide you with a no-obligation quotation. Our team is committed to ensuring your chosen design achieves your goals. Once preliminary plans have been drawn, we will provide you with a no-obligation quotation, valid for 30 days.

Contract & Finance

Once you accept the quotation, we will prepare a building contract for signing. We can also assist with bank finance where required. We understand how banks work and can recommend a banking solution tailored to your needs.

Final Working Drawings, Engineering & Soil Tests & Council Approval

Once we receive your signed contract and initial deposit, soil testing and final working drawings are prepared for council approval. Council approval can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks, but we do all we can to fast track this process for you.

You’ll also meet with suppliers to discuss and finalise your interior and exterior colour selections, a simple 1 day process, or we can work with our colour consultant to make the selections for you.

Finishings

Building a new home with Bright Life Homes allows you to individualise your home by choosing colours and textures to your taste. From Floor tiles and benchtops, we know that selecting the right combination of internal finishes to create the perfect home can be a confusing process.

Our highly skilled suppliers can assist you with your selections to ensure you achieve the result you are looking for.

Construction Begins

As soon as Council Approval has been granted, construction begins. Our highly organised team prides itself on providing a construction period of between 11 – 15 weeks for single storey and 16-21 weeks for double storey homes, from the time your slab is poured.

We update our clients regularly, providing pictures and a detailed report of the building weekly , as well as some organised site meetings

Handover

You’ll be asked to attend a pre-handover inspection with your Bright Life Homes consultant to ensure everything is as per your contract specifications. We’ll provide you with all your warranty certificates and documentation. The keys to your completed property are then handed over and you can enjoy your new Bright Life Home!

8. Maintenance & Structural Guarantee

It’s normal to expect minor items to arise as your newly completed home settles. Bright Life Homes is dedicated to providing our clients with after sales service and will promptly act on any items that require attention during the 6 month maintenance period. Our 7 year structural guarantee represents our complete confidence in our product and helps to ensure your peace of mind.
